Common questions
Is Rovi a pharmacy or do you sell medications? ▾
No. Rovi is a software platform only. We connect suppliers, reps, and doctors but we do not compound, dispense, or distribute medications. All pharmaceutical transactions happen directly between the supplier and the healthcare provider.
How does the 3 rep seat pricing work? ▾
Every Supplier plan ($299/mo) includes 3 rep seats at no additional cost. If you need more, you can add reps at $25/rep/month. Once you reach 25+ reps, upgrading to Enterprise ($999/mo) with unlimited seats becomes the better value.
How do doctors get access? ▾
Rovi is always free for doctors. Doctors are added by their sales rep directly from the rep dashboard. The doctor receives a branded invite email, sets up their password, and immediately has access to their rep's supplier catalog.
Can a rep work with multiple suppliers? ▾
Yes. Reps can connect to multiple suppliers on Rovi. Doctors working with that rep will see all connected supplier catalogs, so they can order from different 503Bs through one rep relationship.
Is Rovi HIPAA compliant? ▾
Rovi is not designed to store Protected Health Information (PHI). The platform manages business relationships, product catalogs, and order data — not patient records or clinical information. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls across all data.
What happens if I cancel my subscription? ▾
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. You can export your data at any time. Doctor accounts (which are free) are not affected by supplier or rep cancellations.
