Rovi handles order and product data — not patient data. The platform connects suppliers, reps, and clinics for compounding orders. No protected health information (PHI) flows through Rovi, which means standard HIPAA concerns around patient records don't apply to our core workflow.

No. Rovi connects to the suppliers already in your network. Your existing supplier simply sets up their catalog on the platform. If they're not on Rovi yet, we'll reach out to onboard them — it typically takes less than a week to get a supplier live.
